Residence in Voula

The project concerns the design of a three-story house with a swimming pool, in Voula. On a plot of approximately 700 square meters, we designed a residence that will take full advantage of modern trends and will be based on the principles of bioclimatic design. With an”opening” of the residence to the South and to the view of the sea, we placed the most common areas on two levels, that of the ground floor with direct extension to the outdoor area and the pool and that of the third floor where the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, and some auxiliary areas were designed.

On the first two floors, the overnight areas were placed, as well as a fully equipped “home office” for the possibility of distance work.

Great emphasis was given on the design and privacy of the ground floor, as it was requested to be able to function as an independent apartment if needed. The overall design was framed and highlighted by the lighting design and the various lighting scenarios defined.
